Dear Texas Drivers,
It is, in fact, ok to drive the speed limit on the freeway, not 5-10 miles under. That on-ramp thingy is for you to speed up to the flow of oncoming traffic and merge smoothly, not to accelerate to 45 mph and cause me to slam on my brakes so that I don't run into you. Also, "yield" doesn't mean "stop". It means "yield". Thank you for your cooperation.
